Launchpad connects teams of students with established companies to tackle projects in market research, product development, consulting, and more.

Overview

Who Is It For?

While Launchpad is tailored for students exploring careers in business, it’s open to anyone interested in professional growth. The program equips participants with a dynamic blend of hard and soft skills—such as strategic thinking, communication, and problem-solving—that are valuable and transferable across any field.

How It Works:

Students work in a structured team environment with mentorship, project management oversight, and clear deliverables. Corporate partners, including Wheaton alumni, can sponsor projects and invest in student development while evaluating potential future hires.
